Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, in most cases you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Online store

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returning coffee. If you are not satisfied with the fresh roasted coffee you receive from http://longfellowscoffee.com or https://longfellows.coffee we will refund the entire product purchase price, upon receipt of the products returned to us.

Returning food and beverage products. Some food and beverage items that are delivered to you in a third-party manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., tea, chai, syrup) must be returned in their unopened packaging in order for you to receive a refund. 

Returning equipment. Equipment returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the returned equipment is not defective. Equipment returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt of the equipment. If equipment is deemed defective, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. Any repairs, exchanges or refunds will be determined by the manufacturer of the equipment and not longfellowscoffee.com.

Important: To receive your refund, you must request it via email sent to returns@longfellowscoffee.com within seven (7) days of the receipt of your order.  

For returns being sent to longfellowscoffee.com (not directly to equipment manufacturers), here are the steps to take:

  • Contact us via email sent to returns@longfellowscoffee.com stating your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Be sure to include the product(s) Order Number(s) in your email request.
  • You will be sent an email with instructions on how to complete the return procedure.
  • Products may be returned only with our prior approval.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid within thirty (30) days of approval.
  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s), longfellowscoffee.com will inspect and at its discretion, refund the purchase price to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Online ordering to pick up at our stores

If you are unhappy or need to return any item that we sell you, we will refund your money in the way it was purchased. If you are unable to return the item to the store, please contact us at 201-762-2990 option 1 for Mahwah, option 2 for Kinnelon. If you are still unsatisfied with the solution, please contact Jordan Jed at 201-762-2990 option 9.

If you placed an order using our website, https://longfellows.coffee or our app and the item you order is not available and a suitable replacement is also unavailable, we will refund your credit card for that item. 

In person ordering at our store

If you are unhappy or need to return any item that we sell you, we will refund your money in the way it was purchased.
